Thong Smith Boat Noodles have many outlets and we went to the one at IconSiam. The bowls may look small, but don’t be fooled. Each serving was packed with rich, aromatic broth that tasted like it had been simmering forever. Deep flavours, slightly herbal, slightly spicy, and ridiculously addictive.
Simple food, bold flavours, and the kind of meal that makes you immediately plan your next visit before even leaving the table.
Since there were a few of us, we ordered the side dishes for sharing. Steamed dumpling, fried dumpling, and grilled pork balls.
Can’t wait to go back for more boat noodles!
